Upgrading & Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time. Your data is never deleted when you switch tiers.

Upgrading

Go to Settings > Billing and click Upgrade. Choose your new plan and complete checkout through Stripe. The upgrade takes effect immediately -- you'll have access to your new features and limits right away.

If you're moving from Free to Pro or Club, you'll enter payment details for the first time. If you're moving from Pro to Club, your billing adjusts automatically with a prorated credit for the remainder of your current Pro period.

Downgrading

Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. From there, select a lower-tier plan.

When you downgrade, here's what happens:

• Your data is preserved. Nothing is deleted. Activities, sessions, athletes, and all other content remain in your account.
• Feature access adjusts. Features that aren't available on your new plan become inaccessible. For example, training programs are unavailable on Free.
• Entity limits apply to new items only. If you have 30 activities and downgrade to Free (15 max), your existing activities stay. You just can't create new ones until you're under the limit.
• Teams go read-only. If you own a team on Club and downgrade, the team switches to read-only mode. Members can still view data but can't create or edit anything. Upgrade back to Club to restore full access. Since team members' feature access is based on the owner's subscription, downgrading also removes their access to paid features within the team workspace.
• AI credits adjust. Your monthly allotment changes to match your new plan on the next billing cycle.

Canceling

Cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal at Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. After canceling, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Once it expires, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Your data stays intact. If you resubscribe later, everything will be where you left it.
