Works with the assistants you already use
What you can ask your assistant
Real coaching tasks, handled by real AI — from inside whichever assistant you already use.
Schedule with plain language
Add sessions to your calendar as naturally as you would text a colleague. The assistant handles the details — you approve the result before anything is saved.
Query your squad's training load
Ask about workload, recent sessions, attendance and upcoming fixtures without opening a spreadsheet. Useful before selection meetings or Monday morning check-ins.
Build a season in seconds
Describe your season goals and the assistant drafts a phased season plan with calendar events. You review every step before it is created.
Organise sessions and groups
Create or edit session groups and session outlines by description. The assistant links to your existing drills — you never have to re-enter them.
Three steps, one URL, any assistant
No developer setup. No API keys to manage. Paste a URL, sign in, and you're done — the same connector works in every client.
- 1
Add the connector URL
In your AI assistant, go to Settings → Connectors (or the equivalent for your client) and add a new custom connector. Paste the Planner.coach MCP URL.
- 2
Sign in and approve
Your browser opens a secure Planner.coach consent screen. Sign in to your account and approve the connection. OAuth 2.1 — no passwords shared with the assistant.
- 3
Start asking
Your assistant now has access to your coaching data. Ask it to schedule a session, check training load, or plan a season. Approve each write before it's saved.
Paste this into your assistant's custom connector field. The same URL works with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and any MCP-compatible client.

What the assistant deliberately cannot do
The boundaries aren't bugs — they're features. Every restriction below is a safeguarding or privacy decision built into the connector itself.
Athlete PII always redacted
Dates of birth, contact details and medical notes are stripped from every connector response, by design. The assistant only ever sees names and aggregates. No exceptions, no settings to change.
Every write needs your approval
When the assistant proposes a change — creating a calendar event, updating a session — your MCP client shows you the action before executing it. Nothing is saved without a human in the loop.
Athletes and drills stay in-app
The connector cannot create, edit or delete athlete records, and cannot touch activity canvases. Safeguarding intake flows and diagram design stay where they belong — in Planner.coach.
No emails sent on your behalf
The connector has no access to your email. It cannot contact athletes, guardians or anyone else. Communication with your squad always goes through Planner.coach's consent-aware messaging.
Planner.coach's approach to data protection extends to every connector, on every plan. Read the full trust overview →
No extras needed. Connect on Free, Pro or Club.
The connector is available from your first session on Planner.coach, on every plan. It automatically enforces the entity limits and team-role restrictions of your existing plan — no separate subscription, no add-on to purchase.
- Available on Free, Pro and Club plans
- Entity limits and role checks enforced automatically
- Club-tier coaches can point the connector at shared team data
- Team writes require an editor role and an active team
- Revoke and reconnect any time — no waiting period
